EUGENE– The University of Oregon Museum of Art will host the Eugene Weekly Singles Party from 6—8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 12, at the museum, 1430 Johnson Lane. The evening is free for everyone, and refreshments will be served.
Part of the art museum’s weekly MusEvenings! program, the May 12 event will include stylings by jazz guitarist Jacob Pavlak. The museum’s teen docents will give tours of the Asian collection in the upper-level galleries throughout the evening.
The Museum of Art, accessible to people with disabilities, is open from noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from noon to 5 p.m. Thursday through Sunday. Suggested admission is $3, except on Wednesdays when the MusEvenings! program offers free extended viewing hours from 5—8 p.m. Museum members, students, UO employees and children are admitted free.
