Epps is an associate professor of law and an expert on the U.S. Constitution. He is a former reporter who covered politics for the Washington Post. Epps is prepared to comment on the legitimacy of the Bush presidency and previous cases in which the loser of the popular vote became president, the future of the Supreme Court, controversies surrounding confirmation and its role, and Congress' authority in relation to presidential appointees.

Dennis is an associate professor of history who studies early American history. He is prepared to comment on the historic beginnings of presidential inaugurations and how they have changed.
