University parking will not be enforced except in safety zones, disability parking spaces, and reserved parking spaces. Meters in campus parking lots and on campus streets will be free. Non reserved campus parking lot spaces will be available to the public. Additional disability parking spaces will be available on East 15th Avenue in front of Hayward Field. In order to provide free on-street parking on Commencement Day, the university also has rented all City of Eugene parking meters in the following areas: * Agate Street --From 15th Avenue to 19th Avenue * 13th Avenue--From Agate Street to Columbia Street * 15th Avenue--From Agate Street to Moss Street * 18th Avenue--From Agate Street to Alder Street * Kincaid Street --From 15th Avenue to Franklin Boulevard -30- #T-6132/Local,PDX
