WHAT President Dave Frohnmayer is opening the meeting of the University Assembly to the entire campus to discuss issues concerning diversity at the University of Oregon.

WHERE Room 150, Columbia Hall, 1215 E. 13th Ave. on the UO campus.

BACKGROUND

This is the final meeting of the University Assembly for the 1998-1999 academic year. Members of the University Assembly include all faculty as well as members of the student government senate. The main agenda item is approving the conferral of degrees on worthy undergraduate and graduate degree candidates.
