EUGENEAn Oregon man is the scholastic leader of the 1999 graduating class of the University of Oregon School of Law.
Andrew C. Foltz, 830 Janus St., Springfield, has been named first academically among the 138 UO law school graduates this spring. He is one of 15 new alumni who have been recognized for their academic achievement by being elected to the Order of the Coif, a national honor society for law students who represent the top 10 percent of their graduating class.
In addition to Foltz, Oregon law alumni who were elected to the Order of the Coif for 1999 are:
