STUDENT PARENTS RECEIVE FAMILY WEEKEND HONORS

EUGENE–Twenty-nine University of Oregon student parents received recognition on Saturday, May 19, during the annual Family Weekend All-University Awards luncheon for concurrently making significant contributions to the university while fulfilling the demanding responsibilities of parenting.

Through these awards, the Office of the Dean of Student Life and the Office of Human Resources, in conjunction with the campus Child Care and Family Support Committee, recognize students who have demonstrated outstanding service to the university and their communities, while at the same time being devoted parents.

The recipients of Student Parent awards, listed by hometowns, are:
