To help graduating seniors celebrate, the University of Oregon Alumni Association will host its annual Senior Send-Off from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, May 29, on the East Lawn of the Erb Memorial Union, 1222 E. 13th Ave. Seniors will have the chance to eat, dance and be merry at the party of the year designed to welcome them into the ranks of University of Oregon alumni. Seniors will receive a Grad Pack filled with UO mementos and valuable merchandise coupons. Seniors can dance to the retro music of the local groove band, Satin Love Orchestra. Door prizes include a lifetime membership in the UO Alumni Association valued at $750, UO merchandise, gift certificates to area shops and restaurants, and a pair of season football tickets valued at $300. Complimentary snacks will be provided, and plenty of food and drink will be available for purchase. All senior guests must be 21 or older to enter and should present their invitation and UO student identification card. Seniors under 21 may still pick up their Grad Pack at the entrance.
