UO STUDENTS GIVEN CENTURION AWARDS

EUGENE–More than 100 University of Oregon student leaders received 1999 Centurion Awards in recognition of their "dedication and outstanding service" throughout the past year.

Centurions accepted their awards during the Family Weekend All-University Awards Luncheon on May 15. Faculty members nominated students for the award, and a panel of faculty, staff and students then selected the award winners.

Out-of-state and foreign Centurion Award recipients include:

ALASKA–Dietrich Moore, a junior business administration major, Anchorage; and Hadley Morotti, a senior psychology major, Fairbanks.
