Measures 2, 7, 93, 96
Measure 2
is a constitutional amendment to allow petitioners to require legislative review of government agency policies. Measure 7 requires state and local governments to pay property owners if law or regulation reduces property value. Measure 93 requires Oregonians to vote on future increases in taxes or fees.
