EUGENEThe Oregon Daily Emerald, the independent student newspaper at the University of Oregon, has announced its 1998-99 editorial staff.
This years editor-in-chief is Ryan Frank, a senior journalism student of 1298 Hemlock St. N.W., Salem. Frank develops the news and editorial policy for the award-winning paper which publishes 10,000 newspapers five days a week. The paper is published Monday through Friday during the school year and twice weekly during the summer term. The newspapers are sent to a small base of subscribers and distributed from 94 stands in the Eugene-Springfield area.
