HEP FALL TERM GRADUATES ANNOUNCED

EUGENETwenty-five students will be honored Thursday, Dec. 3, at a ceremony marking their graduation from the High School Equivalency Program (HEP) at the University of Oregon.
The 7 p.m. ceremony, free and open to the public, will be held in the Fir Room of the Erb Memorial Union, 1222 E. 13th Ave. on the UO campus. A reception will follow in the same location.
More than 3,000 migrant and seasonal farm worker youths have completed the federally funded program and received a Graduate Equivalency Diploma (GED) since the program was established in 1968.
